This website is greggsmenupricess.co.uk, trading as Greggs Menu Prices. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Greggs Menu Prices is the data controller for this site: we are responsible for deciding how and why any personal data is processed here.

Data we collect
At the time of writing, this site does not use cookies, does not run advertising, and does not run any analytics or tracking software. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us directly, for example your name and email address if you email us to report a price change. If that changes, for example if we add analytics or advertising in future, this policy will be updated first, and where required by UK GDPR/PECR, a cookie-consent banner will be added before any non-essential cookie is set.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and request details) for security and operational purposes, as is standard for any website host. We do not separately access or process this data for any other purpose.
How we use data, and our lawful basis
Where you email us, we use your name and email address only to respond to your enquiry, under the lawful basis of legitimate interests (keeping the price list accurate, see how we check prices) or consent (you contacting us directly). We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Data retention
Emails sent to us are kept only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, then deleted. We do not hold any other personal data.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party pages (for example, delivery-platform storefronts linked from our delivery prices and menu pages, and Greggs’ own official pages) as evidence sources, and to our own social media accounts on the contact page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. Check their own privacy policies before using them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (for example, an email you sent us), the right to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Complaints
If you have any concerns about how we handle personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
